Jennifer Duarte
Jennifer Duarte has a B.S. in elementary education and an endorsement in K-12 ESOL. She has been
teaching for eleven years and ELL for the last seven. She is a trainer of trainers in SIOP (Sheltered
Instruction Observation Protocol) and has been an ELL Instructional Coach for 5 years.
Michelle Klepper
Michelle Klepper has an M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction with Technology and a B.S. in middle grades
education.
